If I'm honest, I'm still on the fence. Both from what I've read of your work and similar publications like Carrie Hane and Mike Atherton's Designing Connected Content, also labelling things by their 'nouns' has a lot going for it.

In your other comment (in response to my example "get permission to build or renovate"), this verb might not improve upon "building permits" (or something more specific like "DAs and CDCs") much, and cause a few problems of its own.
